Why River Gatherings instead of River Conference?
River is expanding. What began as an annual conference is becoming a year-round expression of strategic gatherings designed to resource the region and equip the people of God.
What is the theme of this year’s gatherings?
The theme of the Spring Gathering is The Sound of Truth, and the theme of the Fall Gathering is The Sound of Heaven.
How do I register for the Spring Gathering?
Do I need to register in advance or can I register on-site?

Is there a cost to attend? What does the registration fee include?
There is a registration fee to attend all sessions. There is an early bird fee, regular registration fee, and late registration fee.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We are accepting debit/credit card payments.
When and where is the gathering taking place?
The gathering is taking place at Hope Christian Church, starting with evening sessions on Thursday, March 18th and Friday, March 19th, a day session on Saturday, March 20th, and concluding with the morning service on Sunday, March 21st.

Is the gathering open to the public or only church members?
The gathering is open to the public, though registration is required for all sessions.
Is there a dress code?
Dress comfortably!
Will any meals be provided?
No meals will be provided.
Will there be a group discount?
There will be no group discounts this year.
Will the gathering be streamed?
All sessions can be streamed by purchasing a streaming-only pass here.
What happens if I purchase a streaming registration and later decide to come in person?
If you decide to attend the conference in person after purchasing your streaming registration, you will need to register with this special form to pay the difference for your in-person registration.
What happens if I purchase an in-person registration and later decide to stream the conference?
If you decide to stream the conference after purchasing your in person registration, reach out to a staff member onsite or email HopeInfo@HopeCCMD.org.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
All paid event fees at Hope Christian Church are non-refundable but transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy. Event registrations may only be transferred within 48 hours of the event's first day.

Is childcare provided during the gathering?
Childcare will not be provided during the gathering outside of Sunday, March 21st.
Can families attend together, or are sessions separated by age group?
Families have the option to attend together, as sessions are not separated by age group.
