How do I register for the conference?

Do I need to register in advance or can I register on-site?

Please endeavor to register in advance.


Is there a cost to attend? What does the registration fee include?

Evening sessions are free. There is a registration fee to attend day sessions as well a fee for the dinner add-on.


What forms of payment are accepted?

We are accepting debit/credit card payments.


What is the theme of this year’s conference?

When and where is the conference taking place?

The conference is taking place at Hope Christian Church, starting with an evening service on Wednesday, February 24th, and concluding with the morning service on Sunday, February 28th.

Is the conference open to the public or only church members?

The conference is open to the public, though registration is required for day sessions.


Is there a dress code?

Dress comfortably!


Will any meals be provided?

General registration does NOT include meals.
Registrants can also fill out this form to purchase dinners for Friday and Saturday (February 26th and February 27th) between the daytime and evening sessions. Dinner will not be provided otherwise.


Will there be a group discount?

There will be no group discounts this year.


Will the conference be streamed?

The evening sessions will be streamed to the public for free on Hope Christian Church's YouTube Page. If you cannot attend the day sessions in person, streaming-only registration is available at a cost here. The streaming-only registration includes all day sessions.


What happens if I purchase a streaming registration and later decide to come in person?

If you decide to attend the conference in person after purchasing your streaming registration, you will need to register with this special form to pay the difference for your in-person registration. 

What happens if I purchase an in-person registration and later decide to stream the conference?

If you decide to stream the conference after purchasing your in person registration, you will be afforded a streaming pass for free. Reach out to a staff member onsite or email HopeInfo@HopeCCMD.org.


Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

All paid event fees at Hope Christian Church are non-refundable but transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy. Event registrations may only be transferred within 48 hours of the event's first day.

Is childcare provided during the conference?

Childcare will not be provided during the conference outside of Sunday, March 1st.


Can families attend together, or are sessions separated by age group?

Families have the option to attend together, as sessions are not separated by age group.
